This cozy apartment, with direct access from the street, is located on Calle José Calvo, in the dynamic and multicultural district of Tetuán, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Madrid. The area combines residential areas with a great commercial, gastronomic and leisure offer, as well as having excellent transport connections, which makes it an ideal place for both residents and visitors.

The accommodation has excellent public transport connections that facilitate access to various parts of Madrid:

- Nearest Metro: Francos Rodriguez (Line 7), a 5-minute walk away.

- Buses: Several bus lines in the area facilitate transportation.

- Sol and Gran Vía: 15 minutes by subway.

Access to the apartment:

Check in will be in person, there is a set of keys inside the apartment, in case you prefer to use it. If you decide to do so, please leave it in the same place where you found it before leaving.

Important: If you lose the physical key:

• It will be your responsibility.
• You will have to contact an emergency locksmith and assume the cost of the service.
• In case you have already left the accommodation, we will claim the corresponding amount through the locksmith's invoice.

Tetuán is a multicultural neighborhood with a wide variety of stores, traditional markets and international restaurants. Its proximity to key areas such as Cuatro Caminos, Castellana and Plaza Castilla makes it very well connected and offers multiple services.

- AZCA and Cuatro Torres: Financial area with shopping centers and offices.

- Dehesa de la Villa Park: A green lung perfect for walking or sports.

- Please respect the house as if it were your own. BEFORE LEAVING, LIGHTS, AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING must be paid for.

- Before check-in it will be mandatory to register through a link, which will be sent to your email to make the police registration to which we are obliged by law, and present a valid ID card or passport on arrival.

- The apartment can only be inhabited by people registered and confirmed in the official reservation. Only registered persons will have access to the apartment, unless the owner is informed in advance.

- Please respect the REST of the neighbors and the common areas of the building between 22:00h and 09:00h.

- Parties and excessive noise are forbidden.

- If guests do not comply with these rules or the owner receives a complaint from a neighbor, guests must leave the apartment immediately without the possibility of staying the rest of the reserved days and without the right to a refund.

- The established timetable for check-in is from 15:00h-21H.

- For departures will be before 11:00h if you are late will have a surcharge of 80 €, for the inconvenience that entails the cleaning company.

- Also, we ask guests NOT TO SMOKE inside the apartment. If this rule is not respected, a penalty of 200€ will be applied.

- The check in is through a code that is sent to the cell phone, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE NUKI APPLICATION TO OPEN THE APARTMENT WITH IT, SO YOU WILL NEED TO CARRY YOUR PHONE WITH YOU ALWAYS CHARGED AND WITH DATA.

- There is a set of keys in the house, DO NOT use them as sometimes they do not open properly and the code sent to the phone acts as a key. Please be careful with THEM and do not lose them. In case of loss, an EMERGENCY locksmith will have to come to the apartment, and his fees will be paid by the guest!

- IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT UPON ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT YOU CHECK THE APARTMENT AND INFORM US OF ANY MAJOR DAMAGE THAT YOU OBSERVE TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS AND THEN YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNFAIR COSTS. YOU CAN SEND US A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE TO AVOID CONFUSION AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

- We do appreciate that you do not leave any garbage in the apartment. Garbage must be disposed of after 8:00 p.m. in the street containers.

- Towels, bed linen, cushions, blankets, etc. should not be stained. In case of stains from make-up, shoe cream, hair dye or any other type of product will be charged for each unit (for example: each towel will be 10€ for small towels and 15€ for large towels).

- THANK YOU FOR ventilating the apartment AT LEAST 30 minutes a day.
